Class Types

Building on our foundation in the traditional hot series from Kolkata, India, we’ve expanded into a variety of styles: In our hot classes, expect to stretch, sweat, raise your heart rate, and build strength. In our unheated yin yoga classes, enjoy a slower pace with deep stretching and meditation.
