Shaina Bronstein

Shaina first walked into the hot room in 2002 and quickly fell in love with the 26&2 series. Her motivations to practice yoga have evolved over time to include not only exercise, detox and physical healing, but also emotional and spiritual awareness. Shaina is grateful to have received her 200-hour 26&2 Teacher Training at Bonfire Hot Yoga in 2022. She hopes to help students find joy, strength and a deeper understanding within their personal practice through the Hatha framework of physical challenge and rest/recovery.  Shaina views every class as an invitation to practice meditation, breath, humility and gratitude.

When not in the hot room, Shaina works in agriculture and specializes in vegetable seeds for organic farms. She has a great love of the natural world and enjoys exploring Oregon’s forests and waterways with her husband and son.
