Mandi is a certified Bikram Yoga Instructor and regular practitioner of Hatha Yoga. Before becoming a teacher in 2017, she practiced the Bikram yoga series for over a decade. She loves this style of yoga and loves teaching it even more. The journey of integrating the physical practice into her routine, transformed her life for the better, not just physically, but also spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. In 2004, Mandi was hit by a drunk driver and suffered several injuries, the most severe were to her lumbar spine. It was in her rehabilitation that her doctor asked her if she wanted to continue to live with her pain and treat her condition with regular therapy, or if she wanted to do the work to actually heal her spine. She took that to heart and followed her doctor's advice to start practicing "Hot" Yoga. She immediately felt the undoing of her injuries, and eventually became more healthy and strong than she had ever felt.
