Jordan Lydia

Jordan Lydia Bio:

Jordan Lydia is a devoted practitioner and teacher of Bikram Yoga (26&2), Advanced Ghosh (84), Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra — and she lives and breathes every posture with heart, grit, and a touch of magic.

Her journey began in 2012 in Everett, WA, when she first stepped into the hot room. What started as a personal practice quickly evolved into a lifelong path. Through yoga, Jordan healed her scoliosis, transformed her relationship with depression and social anxiety, and unlocked the deeply therapeutic potential of disciplined, daily movement. Over the years, she has systematically and therapeutically opened every part of her body, demonstrating full range of motion in all directions of movement — a living example of what’s possible through dedicated practice.

Since 2013, Jordan has also brought her love of asana to the competition stage, rising through the ranks from her first local event to the global stage:

  • Bronze Medalist at the IYSF World Yoga Championships in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2025)
  • Three-time USAYoga National Silver Medalist (2022,2024 & 2025)
  • Top Ten Finalist at the World Yoga Asana Championships in Bangalore, India (2022)

But Jordan isn’t just a competitor — she’s a community builder and mentor.

Since 2017, she has been leading the Advanced 84 series and has helped cultivate one of the most consistent and thriving 84 communities in the country. Her commitment extends beyond teaching — she has mentored and supported multiple 84 teachers, guiding them in the art of leading this advanced, lineage-based class.

Jordan sees the Advanced series not as a performance, but as a therapeutic and healing discipline when approached with patience, humility, and wisdom. She leads the 84 with a clear, grounded command-based teaching style, honoring the roots of the Ghosh lineage while creating space for individual exploration and growth.

Jordan is a natural teacher, blending anatomical awareness, intuitive guidance, and soulful presence. Her Yin classes are therapeutic and accessible. Her Yoga Nidra sessions are dreamy, hypnotic, and deeply healing. And her 84 classes? Fiery, focused, and rooted in tradition.

Off the Mat, Jordan Loves:

  • Forest hikes through the PNW
  • Cold plunging in the Puget Sound
  • Cuddling cats
  • Practicing Reiki
  • And weaving a little everyday magic wherever she goes

Jordan believes yoga is more than movement — it’s a ritual of self-remembrance, a path to freedom, and a container for healing. Whether you meet her in the fire of the hot room or the stillness of a dreamlike Nidra, her presence invites you to wake up to yourself — breath by breath, pose by pose.
