Primal Flow

A dynamic movement practice that incorporates yoga asana and grounding philosophies. The workshop will include a quick breakdown of the structure of a primal flow class, followed by a practice session. During the practice session we will explore primal movements and asana to the music. The workshop is intended to encourage trusting your body and connecting to your community, all while getting a powerful workout and strengthening mind, body, and spirit.

What sets primal flow yoga apart from a more traditional flow yoga practice?
The music is a big part that makes it special. The movements and asana are in rhythm with the music. There are specific techniques meant to target strength of the deep core muscles. These movements also lead to confidence and self love.

What can students expect to take away from the experience of a primal flow class?
Students can expect to leave the class feeling pleasantly fatigued, and more connected and joyful than when they entered the space.

• Individuals 16-years and older are welcome to join. Guardians must sign a liability waiver for participants under 18.
