Registration Policies

Pre Registration

For any of our regularly scheduled classes, preregistration is available, but not required. That means you can simply arrive and check in at the desk, and most of the time we have space available. We do recommend preregistering when you can as it smooths out the check-in process and reserves your spot in class in the event that the class sells out.

Wait List

If a class has reached the max number of preregistrations, you may add your name to the wait list. Similarly, if you arrive to the studio to a sold-out class, we will place you on the wait list in order of your arrival and release spots beginning at 5 minutes to class. If you are registered for a sold out class, please note we will begin to release your spot at the 5 minute mark! If a class is near-full, you'll be able to see the number of spots remaining from the schedule page. See example below.

No Shows and Late Cancels

Please note! At present, these policies apply to classes which we are certain will sell out, such as holiday classes. We'll tag those classes on the schedule page, as shown here:

If you do not show for a class for which you are registered, a class will be deducted from your pack, or you will incur a $20 No-Show fee if you have an unlimited package.

If you have registered for a class and you know you are not going to make it, please unregister via your account to avoid a No-Show fee. If you unregister prior to 20 minutes before the class time, there is no fee. After the 20 minute mark, there is a $10 Late Cancel fee. You are welcome to call in and if we are able to pick up the phone you may unregister that way, but if we are busy at the desk we may not prioritize answering calls, so the surest way to avoid late cancel and no show fees is to unregister from your account in a timely way.

By purchasing this pass you agree to the following terms: I will be charged the 1st month’s payment upon activation. I understand this is a subscription membership and I will be automatically charged monthly on the date I signed up. I understand that pauses or holds on this package are for medical reasons only and are decided at the sole discretion of Bonfire Hot Yoga, and agree that I will submit my written request to contact@bonfirehotyoga.com 10 days in advance of my billing cycle.
