This all-levels workshop is designed to help students safely explore and deepen their inversion practice through a clear, accessible, and empowering approach. We’ll break down key postures such as Headstand (Sirsasana), Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana), and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), focusing on proper alignment, strength-building drills, and overcoming mental blocks.

Through guided practice, partner work, and individualized feedback, participants will learn how to:
• Develop the strength and stability needed for safe inversions
• Understand the mechanics and alignment principles behind each pose
• Use props and wall support effectively
• Build confidence and cultivate a playful, focused mindset

Whether students are learning to kick up for the first time or refining their balance and control, this workshop offers something valuable for every level.

Vasilina Britikova

Classes and Teaching Style

Vasilina Britikova is a certified yoga instructor with extensive experience in Yin Yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Her teaching focuses on deep relaxation, mindful movement, and the connection between breath and body. Vasilina’s Yin classes offer a therapeutic approach to releasing tension, improving flexibility, and restoring inner balance. Through long-held postures and guided breath awareness, she helps students cultivate stillness and presence.


Private Sessions

Vasilina offers personalized yoga experiences  one-on-one with clients seeking stress relief, nervous system regulation, mobility and strength support, recovery, and a more mindful relationship with their body and breath. She tailors each with care and intention, pulling from her experience and knowledge in mindful vinyasa, gentle and restorative yoga, yin yoga, breathwork (pranayama), and guided meditation.
